"I had a small order, literally a burger and fries and a chicken nugget happy meal. They had me pull up and I waited over 20 minutes and the food was cold and there’s so much sauce on the burger I couldn’t even eat it. The fries were cold like they’ve been sitting out an hour and we waited 20 mins. Food was awful and wasn’t even fresh."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. My Mcchicken was so soggy I couldn't eat it. My fries were old and had absolutely no salt on them. I just spent money to eat and wasn't able to eat it. This is the only store I have had constant problems with every single time."

"For fast food, they suck. Sat in line for 20 min, there were 5 cars in line. The food was cold, and the order was wrong . It's not that complicated, read the screen make the food."

"The two stars are only for the day shift because they seem to be the only employees here that actually try. We live close to this restaurant and as a result we dine here frequently. I have had nothing but fast fresh food when I grab lunch at this location so if that's the time you plan to visit I highly recommend it. Unfortunately if you go after 6 PM you might as well burn your money. I don't know if it's a staffing issue or a staff issue and honestly it doesn't matter. The issues I have had are frequent and span months. I almost always have to wait for everything, even when there is no line. In fact I've waited in the pull ahead space for almost 20 mins before only to go inside and realize I was completely forgotten about. The worst offense however is just the missing food. This used to not bother me but with rising prices it honestly feels like theft. Half empty fry boxes, missing sauces, and never any bacon even after paying an extra $1.30 for it. We have been stiffed bacon more times than I can count but of course its never worth the gas to drive back. I often use the app and that makes refunds impossible so it's often a mute point. I know this was long winded but I feel that it is important that you make an informed decision on where and when you waste your money."

"Constantly always forgetting something off the order everytime. Pay extra for cheese etc and then gets left off. Pay for a piece of cheese and then your given a half a slice."
