"went to their website to see if i could pre-qualify for a vehicle. i asked the agent if it would require a hard pull and they outright led me to believe it didnt. so i went through with the pre-qualification and the checked my credit karma account for hard inquiries and there it was right at the top a hard pull from seay motors. so now i get waste my time to try and dispute this... fantastic. it was an agent not a bot Edit - Mr Brent Tibbs called me this morning and apologized for the misunderstanding. After speaking with Mr Tibbs I believe it was a misunderstanding on both our parts. He showed the utmost respect and I am very grateful for his call. This is a good dealership and I know first hand if you do buisness with them they will take care of you.
