"I had ordered some tires for a bmw as well as scheduled an appoint prior to actually visiting the store. When I arrived the tires I had ordered either didn’t get ordered or didn’t make it on the delivery truck. The staff that was on shift that day made a bad experience and good one by getting me a tire they actually had in stock and apologized for the situation. Life happens and I understand mistakes do as well. The level of professionalism these folks had was pretty awesome. I will be continuing to purchase my vehicles tires from them. Thank you guys for great customer service"

"On a road trip from Texas to New York and something punctured one of my tires. My wheels have locking lug nuts and I did not have the key with me. Alex was a life saver. He massively went out of his way multiple times to get the wheel off and the tire changed out. The absolute definition of customer service. The invoice was also pleasantly much less than anticipated. Fantastic experience for what was a stressful situation. Alex should get a raise and a promotion. :)"

"I’m here from Ohio visiting family and when out thanksgiving evening I apparently drove over something that punctured a hole in one of my tires. I called Plaza Tire Service on Friday afternoon and explained my situation to the manager, Hunter Henley. He checked with his staff then told me they had an immediate opening if I could come in right away. The staff got my car into a service bay and Alex and Donovan quickly found a small hole in the tire that they were able to seal. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of tires or service."
