"My family of 4 happened to stumble across this wonderful gem of a restaurant. Waitresses were so nice and friendly. We had 2 of the fish and chips and the shrimp Po boy the food was made to perfection. We will most definitely be going back even if it's an hour and a half.drive one way."

"Stopped in on the way home for a quick bite. Left an hour and a half later underwhelmed. Took ten minutes to get our drink orders in, and another twenty to get the food order. 25-30 minutes to get a burger, chicken tenders, and a chili dawg. Food was ok. +Edited to reflect the owner's response. We DID have the burger, as I noted. It didn't take 30 minutes to get our order from when we got there It was five-ten minutes before anyone took our drink order. Another twenty before they took our food order, and then another thirty to get the food. I didn't see a lot of people coming in to pick up orders fwiw, and we were at the booth right next to the host stand. It wasn't a bad experience, and I'd be willing to try it again. I'm just giving an honest review of our experience there."

"Food was pretty good. The onion rings were great ! Only had one server so she was running ragged in there. Would be nice to have at least one more server."

"My wife and I were staying nearby at Kerrville-Scheiner Park when we decided to bike down to Brewdawgz for a late lunch. We both enjoyed a beer from their fairly long list of both tap and bottled brews. We ordered chips, queso, and salsa. I can say much for it. The queso is nothing but Velveeta. The salsa wasn't special. My burger and onion rings were another story. It was very good, as was my wife's shrimp and salad. I had the Baby Brew ( the 1/4 lb version of another larger one). They have a wide range of meal options ranging from salads to full steak dinners. The atmosphere was good. They have a pool table and sports on several screens around the restaurant. Our server was professional and attentive. If you're in the area, they are definitely worth a try."

"Just order the first burger on the menu and sit back. Get ready for greatness. Fries were just ok, kind of greasy and flimsy. Onion rings were off the chain. Excellent. [update 08/24/2021] Went back tonight. GREAT burgers and excellent, professional and cheery service. The Brew Burger is HUGE! And, for a well-done burger, it was surprisingly juicy. The fries have gotten better — lots better. And the onion rings, while a bit greasy, were excellent. You could bite into one and not have the whole onion come out, you know?"
