"Another great place to have found in my travels .. The best part was when the Manager actually paced the area and made sure everything was OK. That by itself is a rare find. I appreciate that as a customer and will definitely visit this place again."
"Ordered 2 burgers, 2 orders of tater tots, 1 popcorn chicken and fries, and cheese sticks with some drinks. Friday night- relatively busy- food came out out within about 5 mins (much faster than expected for the amount and types of food ordered.) One of the burgers had a bread tie/twist tie on the sandwich- burgers tastes like they’d been sitting out a while- I was too afraid to eat the meat out of fear of getting sick since I’m pregnant...cheese sticks didn’t taste fresh, and the tots and fries were soggy also. Disgusting. So disappointed with our experiences in mayfield and their restaurants."
"Super nice employees! Humans make mistakes and that's what happened. Our order came to the car with only the cheeseburger being correct. I let a car hop know and she informed the Manager. The problem was quickly and effectively resolved. This also came with a full refund and the offer "is there anything else ya'll want?". I was very impressed and highly recommend this Sonic."
