"Just sat at the drive thru window for a hour before someone finally walked by. Knocked on wondow and told them I just want a refund and the managers name and number. 10 min later the manager refunded me then started using excuse the system was down. They don't know what to make or that people were waiting. Complete lies, as they called out what it is ordered every time. Asked fir corporate info and said have to look online. Manager doesn't know this info??? 3 other cars came and ordered while waiting, but dint know anyone was waiting in the drive thru. No comp offered, just some ridiculous crazy excuses. I. There multiple times weekly. This was my last visit there."

"The pizza today was so amazing. Made fresh and hot. Keep it up little ceasers! They also asked if we wanted crushed red pepper, handed us plenty of napkins, and some more seasoning without us having to ask. Awesome crew. Had everything at the window ready to go."
