"Everybody was on their phones they saw us walk in to order and didn’t even confront us they took a while to take our order. Most of the dining tables were dirty and chairs all scattered. There was a lot of ice in the fountain drinks, I couldn’t even put my cup to serve myself a drink. And there wasn’t even a lot of people which there is no excuse to serve and clean the place."

"The food was great. One of my boneless were raw! The service was awful wrong had to wait almost an hour! If we knew we were going to wait 1 hour we wouldn't have comed. My dad complained about the time it took but they just said "You don't need to talk like that" all he said was "you guys are also going to take long to guve us a plate" as a kid I never thought I would complain about a fast food place! We also saw a couple outside because it was too cold! And they didn't care to change the temperature."

"I am really disappointed with this store, but not surprised. My expectations were already low, and they decided to dig themselves lower. I knew this store would be slow from all the terrible previous times but I decided to still order from this store since it would be on the way, instead of the better wimgstop store on Palmhurst. Since I knew the store would take longer I ordered "early"- I ordered online at 5:53pm on the Wingstop app for 4 items (3 large fries and 1 ranch). The app indicated that the order would be ready in 16-21 minutes. I arrived approximately at 6:20 (near 30 minites after ive ordered) and the store was empty except one big family who already had their food. The female worker informed me the fries wouldn't be ready for another 20 to 25 minutes. I knew they would be slow but another near half hour for fries is crazy. I decided to leave and come back later. It is now 6:45pm. At this point the store is busy and the food isn't ready. Not until 6:57pm, was my order called- more than an hour for fries. I kindly asked the worker why did it take so long and the female worker immediately became aggressive in tone and stated they had many orders. I replied, "for fries?" and she disrespectfully stated "okay so what, what do you want me to do about it?!" I genuinely wanted clarification and instead was disrespected for their lack of service. This store is Slow, Unprofessional, lacks Accountability, and Disrespectful. Their GM should really give the team a wake up call on how they should run a business. Mind you this was all for fries..... it should have been papitas...."

"Got the 20 boneless meal deal. The order took pretty long time to be called out. We got 3 different flavors, the wings weren’t coated right, and my Spicy Korean Q wings were cold. The rest were warm so I don’t know what happened there. I didn’t inform them cause I knew it was gonna take a while for them to make them again. They forgot our side of Buffalo, one of the lady’s looked at me when I went to go ask but didn’t come to see what I needed. They were spending a lot of time talking when tables had trash that could’ve been cleaned."

"Food was cold, nasty fries with no seasoning and on top of that their attitude sucked, management needs to get involved and do his job with the night crew bad service, don't recommend this place!!! WANT A GOOD PLACE GO TO?? WINGSTOP IN 3MILE AND CONWAY PALMHURST, TEXAS"
