"Went through the drive thru ordered 4 hot and ready pizzas was not told if I wanted the “the hot and ready classic” or “the hot and ready most bestest” they automatically charged me for the most bestest without telling me and on top of that I had to park because the line in the drive thru was so long went inside that’s when I noticed the receipt and saw what they had over charged me I asked them why and was told that I didn’t mentioned that I wanted the classic after close to an hour I get my order didn’t even check the pizzas because I was pissed I get home all four pizzas where sh!!!y where not even the most bestest not enough cheese nor pepperonis will not ever return will not recommend this location and that’s because it just finished getting remodeled bad service bad everything"
"Waited an hour along side other dissatisfied customers. Excuse was that they lost our order. It was done online and stated it was in the oven for 40mins. Finally went in to see what was going on and they couldn't find order. Turns out, it was already done but not placed in the pick up area. Went home with lukewarm pizza an hour and a half after ordering. This is the second time this has occurred and trust me, it will not happen again. Never using this location again."
"Worst experience I've had while placing an olive order got there at the time it was estimated to be ready place was filled with angry customers they had around 10 people working and it was the slowest pace I've ever seen with everyone laughing and joking around playing around I waited 30 minutes to be attended to because my order was not in the portal once i got noticed i asked for my order and it waa ready i opened it in the car and the whole crust was cold and Some what of the pizza was warm but cold. Little Caesars needs to get they're employees in check this is by far the worst fast food experience I've ever had"
