"Mavens is a little hidden gem. My kids love playing in the back yard area. My boys love to take a football and get a game going. The food is all really good, my only qualm is that the Philly cheesesteak is underwhelming for the price. That is the only negative I can say. The service is great and the drinks are good! Try it out!"

"We eat at Maven's on average 3 times per week. I can personally recommend the strawberry fields salad with chicken. We usually have burgers & brews on Thursdays. Weekend brunch is excellent. Food is consistently delicious. Kevin, April, Valeries and Meredith provide exceptional service."

"I’m only reviewing the restaurant: FUN! As stated on their website, they serve bar food. Keeping that in mind, I was surprised with their fish tacos! They exceeded all expectations and were absolutely delicious! Three others in our party ordered some kind of burger and were disappointed, but a fourth family member ordered the adult grilled cheese and loved it. I ordered a margarita, but sent it back because the bartender had added a splash of OJ. I told our server that I would just drink water instead, but she took it away and quickly replaced it with another margarita. I told her I didn’t want to replace it for fear the second one would be just as bad, but I took a sip anyway. OMG! Sooo good! The service is great and they make you feel at home. Our group joined in on a few games of Trivia and we won second place. Our MC, “Mistress of Ceremonies”, created a great atmosphere with lots of laughter throughout the restaurant. It was a great evening!"

"I can't give enough stars for the staff and ambiance. Top notch customer service and the feeling of being welcomed was above and beyond. Had 4 different signature drinks, and the Maverick old fashioned was so perfect. Coming back here for the April full eclipse so we were doing some recon, and now I can't wait. I live close but this is a great way to get a nice comfortable room and enjoy the band, the great food and drinks and of course excellent servers with smiles on their faces. ......oh and the graceful presence of Maverick the cat. Love this place."

"This was a cute small acquainted place. they had cute little touches with snack baskets in the room. felt a little more homey than hotely, next door is a grill and bar area with live music on the weekends. I do feel it's a little overpriced because it is very basic and the bathroom is very tiny and even though we had a king bed it was slightly uncomfortable and hard. Overall I do recommend. Oh and the staff was great extremely friendly and inviting"
