"I'm tired of coming in here and everyone being so stoned they can't get my order correct. I don't care that weed was made legal you still ain't supposed to be under the influence at work. Like seriously how high do you have to be to mess up something as simple as coffee the sticker tells you what to put in it. Service here used to be better I live 30 min a way and this is the one thing I look forward to when I come here is a decent iced coffee."
"Service is always terrible and God forbid if you put a mobile order in! They wait til you get to the window/counter to pick up your order for them to tell you they’re out of what you paid for, and then aren’t even courteous enough to at least apologize or offer a comp for it. Definitely my least favorite Dunkin’ location."
"Waiting for over 10 minutes. No one in front of us. Drive through person was rude. The other car drove off in a rush. The excuse was they were busy. One car at a time in a drive through? We will not be back to this location -I went in to see just how busy the lobby was. Second photo shows 3 people - 3"
"Longer than usual wait time. Seemed like they were training new personnel at the time. The cashier didn't take other orders until the previous one was fulfilled causing a longer line to form. Wait time was long enough someone walked out. The register was empty of employees more than it had someone taking orders. Overall not the best experience I've had here. Best part was finally getting my drink and leaving. Staff was friendly, but not energetic. Also the place was kinda dirty for it being that early in the morning..."
