Taco Bell

"Is it the nicest taco bell? Naw its located in the carcass of an old hardees building. But those folks sure know how to make some good food. Rice always taste like it should instead of aquarium gravel!"

"Went through the drive thru this time because we were in such a a rush and for once, the order was correct and again, for the first time ever and all of the food was hot and fresh. Now that's excellent service and a Win,Win for us!"

"We just went through the drive through. Ask for 2 of the soft shell taco Supreme meals. Coke and sprite to drink. Pulled into a parking space to eat. I immediately took a drink of saltwater. NOT sprite. I walked in and first thing the young girl turned her back to me while on her phone texting or something. Mumbling something to the other girl in there,who proceeded ask if she can help me. I told her that the sprite is nasty, and I need another drink. She turned around and filled another cup from the same one they just handed me. I told her that was nasty and the cartridge needs replaced. Her answer was," well it takes awhile to run through the lines"....first of all, this I am aware of. Second ,it takes more than under a minute to change the cartridge They had not changed this in the time it took to park and walk back in. I took my straw ,inserted it and tasted. Informing her that this was exactly the same as the first and they need to change the cartridge. Third, she was a snippy little girl. She asked what did I want then, I told her I would prefer a sprite.( I very seldom drink soda,and watch my caffeine)She reaches to get a cup,saying at the same time that ' I can try the soda machine on floor. I told then that I would, considering the one she tried to give me a second cup of was obviously no good. I ended up getting small amounts of dr pepper, which I only even drank half of that.The tacos neither had tomato or sour cream so obviously they were not Supreme. Which is filling but Not what we asked for and definitely not very tasty. These young people who are being thrown into roles,and not taking them seriously, are not trained or neither care to be considerant or professional. I hadn't stopped at taco bell for a long while because previously I had not been offered or given taco sauce or napkins. Common sense should be used and give some one who is running through the drive through to get lunch Needs NAPKINS!"

"you can tell they care here. its always refreshing to find a place that lives up to the standards set for all these establishments. I cant tell you if its due to good management or if the employees just care. I look forward to giving this establishment a little more detailed review next time i come across it. "The food was good. The service was good. The restaurant is filthy. All the tables were dirty. We had to wipe down our own tables and seats. The bathroom was nasty had pee on the toilet and floor. It was 3PM and there were several workers there and not one was attending to the lobby."
