"Y'all this place is absolute garbage. Haven't ordered from here in months because they couldn't seem to deliver your order in the time frame given. Tonight we decided to give them another chance and order from them. Pizza was supposed to be delivered between 6:11-6:21 tonight. At 6:40 we start calling the store to figure out what's going on. Boyfriend got hung up on twice. I call and they hung up on me the first time, I immediately call back and of course I ask what the problem is, why they keep hanging up on people and if they need help. The woman on the phone said I needed to calm down and hung up on me AGAIN. The third time I call I ask for a manager and the woman again tells me to calm down and he's busy. So they can't get anything delivered in time, half of the order was burned and all cold by the time we got it, and they have no customer service skills AT ALL. They are screwed when Dominos comes in. If you can't answer a phone or deal with the public then working in food or retail ain't the job for you honey. Can't wait to see how busy that manager will be in a few months. Corporate has been contacted but it didn't do any good the last time we called so I'd just avoid them."

"The staff was very friendly n our order was does very quickly, 10min before the estimated time. The pizzas were extremely tasty n done perfectly. In all the years we've ordered here, I would have to say this order was done exceptionally! Cheese on all the pizzas n not over ran with sauce, everyone was very pleased with their pizzas! We will be returning!"

"This might be the best Papa John's I've ever had. Food is always fresh, employees are usually on top of getting the food to me quickly, the flavor of the pizza is really good, online deals are competitive, and the management is honest and friendly. Best standard pizza in Harrodsburg (compared with other take-out/delivery pizza restaurants)."
