"I love John Overly Automotive. They have helped me with so many emergencies as well as scheduled repairs. They were originally recommended by a tow truck driver about 7 years ago who said he had been impressed with their service and had started using them personally. Most recently, my vehicle was overheating so I rushed it in for emergency repair. They were very busy and had to keep it overnight, but told me that immediately. Early the next afternoon, John Overly called to tell me my vehicle was ready and there was absolutely no charge because they had replaced the same part about 2 years ago. They give a 36 month parts AND LABOR guarantee. I would not have realized it was under warranty unless he told me! I tried to get him to take something for their time, but he refused.
