Chick-fil-A

"Nya the lady at the Chick-fil-A drive thru standing outside dumped the food on top of me . Never apologized and was smiling while happening. I asked for a bigger bag so I could just dump the food on it and she hands me a small bag after me asking for one because she never offered one … I told her the bag was small could I have a bigger one and she proceeded to look at me with a nasty face ( I can just moved them half and half ) the other bag was completely broke there was no half and half I just needed something to dumped everything that was on top of me at once because it was a lot . She turns laughing and ignored me as I explaining that it broken and it wouldn’t fit. I told her I didn’t need the bag … I dumped the food on the passenger seat I ask for my drinks multiple times with a please and she continues to ignored me. All I ask was for a big bag never disrespect her … very very unprofessional behavior from her and how sad that you go to this places thinking that they treating you with respect and they act like McDonald’s employees"

"One of my favorites! Service is always friendly, polite, and efficient. Facilities are always clean. My only complaint is that the area where this location is stays crowded, so getting in/out of the lot can be challenging, but thats beyond the control of the restaurant."

"One of the best fast food places, I'm not much for fast food. Really this is the only place I go anymore even though it's rare. Honestly really the only thing they are good with food is chicken. Everything is is much like other fast food."

"I am so disappointed in the service I received from chick fil a, this was the worst experience with this restaurant I have ever had in my life. I ordered a Cobb salad and was not told they did not have egg which was not known until we got home. I called and spoke with supervisor Andrew who told me there was nothing he could do because I got food… I said I don’t understand I have not eaten anything and want to bring it back he said again although the customer service person did not tell us they ran out of egg he could not help me because they have already given us food and there was nothing he could do. How rude!!! So you’re telling me that although you did not tell me that you ran out of eggs for the Cobb salad I still have to eat it?!? Andrew has the worst customer service I have ever received at a chick fil A and I am definitely calling corporate!!!! This location needs to do better! Andrew needs training and maybe a new job because management is not it for him. He does not have the “ My Pleasure” attitude that I am used to….. Very disappointing!!!"

"When you walk into a Chick-fil-A at least one employee will say “Welcome to Chick-fil-A.” However, no employee said this to us; but the senior citizen lady working in the lobby was attentive to our drink refills. We had 1 Chicken Sandwich meal, one 8pc Grill Chicken Nuggets meal, and a Spicy Chicken Deluxe (with pepper jack cheese). My Spicy Chicken sandwich wasn’t really hot; you can see that it wasn’t hot enough to even melt the cheese. This sandwich is good; WHEN IT'S HOT."
