"I understand it's Christmas day, and people stay busy. Literally had the best experience up until we went to pay. How do you look at what is put for the check and assume no tip? Another of people wait for change to leave the tip. Gonna ask "no tip?". Would've had a better one if you hadn't pulled that. It's flat out rude."
"Food was dried out and cold and not fresh, broccoli was undercooked, and the chicken was rough and cold. I asked for a sprite but it tasted like sparkling water. I had no choice but to pay because he said if you touch it you have to pay even when I didn’t eat it. I was very disappointed and not satisfied."
