Domino's Pizza

"Ordered a custom pizza, and the "new" cheesy bread stuffed with pepperoni. Bread is mainly just that, bread, hardly any cheese and maybe 2 pepperoni, don't waste the $8 for this. The pizza wasn't what I ordered. It was someone else's pizza. I've been waiting for someone to answer the phone for over a half hour. The actual Domino's phone number doesn't even go to the store it goes to a call center first. The call center cannot help you only the store level can, IF they answer the phone. Update: waited an hour to speak to the store. Pizza was given to someone else, and that person got mine. Now, back out into the cold to pick up the pizza I originally ordered."

"I don’t think I’ve ever gotten the correct order delivered from this Domino’s in under an hour. We’ve had completely incorrect orders delivered hours later, we’ve had orders missing items, and we’ve had drivers not follow delivery instructions. I’m currently waiting on an order I placed two hours ago. I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes with nobody answering the phone. According to their online pizza tracker, my pizza has been out of the oven for 15 minutes, and it still isn’t on its way here. Edit/update: I finally received my order, 2 hours and 20 minutes after it was placed. It was missing a marinara sauce which cost $1.54. I had ordered a pizza that was supposed to be half cheese. Instead, I got a pizza with toppings covering the entire pizza. Using the Domino’s website, I was able to report these issues, and I received rewards points that are supposedly worth one free pizza, redeemable for up to 30 days. That’s right, in order for them to “make things right,” I’ll have to place another order from Domino’s sometime this month. I can’t wait to experience this all again…"

"Well after my food took over any hour to get to my apartment they didn’t even knock they just left it outside and never updated the app. After I called To tell them my food was frozen and wanting my money back they then just hang up on me. Honestly idk how this place is even in business anymore. They won’t even give you a refund or free food or anything."

"If you want to wait 4-5 hours for pizza, with nobody answering the store phone and the pizza tracker being inaccurate. Please read the reviews on this place. We didn't and now we lost money and time. Shut this location down and stop stealing from people!"

"The "manager" (tyrone, i think)was rude because I asked about the 2 minute guarantee. Just kept screaming across the store, "That's coorperate, that's coorperate"...well i need more information, sir. I am a paying customer also. I am sorry you all were busy, but there were 10 employees back there. You could have taken a second & educated me on what the details or stipulations were. I would have waited if you would have just said that. Mad, mean & hating cause y'all didn't have the pizza out in 2 minutes like the app promised! I worked at a pizza place for 15+ years & never seen anyone as unprofessional as you were to customers! It doesn't hurt you to be nice, sir! It might put a smile on your face! I would lose my job if I did that! I pray you grow & learn how to progress with better management skills and strategies!"
