"Always very crowded and a little unorganized. Placed an order for 1 pepperoni pizza and waited too long, while others who placed after me received their orders 1st. The staff was trying their best to keep up with only one person on the register and he was very friendly. Fixed my issue, from now on I order online for pickup and so far pizza is always ready."
"Ive called the store and it rang for over a hour. I can't put a order on line because i do t have a card. I have to pay cash. Long story short they jeep hanging up on me and refusing to answer. Needless to say they lost a loyal customer."
"Called ahead with an order for 9 pizzas for pickup. First was told " no we can't do that " then told to wait while they check with mgr. Mgr approved order. I was told that it would be ready in 35 minutes. I show up to pickup order, was given 8 pizzas which I carried to my car. I went back to pick up last pizza and was advised that they had given me 9 pizzas. I double checked and advised only 8 pizzas. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes for the 9th pizza while the first 8 were getting cold in my car. VERY DISAPPOINTED."
"Horrible service and RUDE! I ordered two pizzas and this is what I got. Looks like a 2 year old made the pizza. It’s suppose to be a Pretzel Pizza and a Fanceroni Pizza, the pretzel pizza didn’t even have salt. The fanceroni had some sort of black burnt stuff on one side. After us opening the box and moving the black stuff off to see what it was my wife ultimately just asked for another pizza, so the young girl grabbed the pizza and put it back into the warmer for the next person. At that point we just asked for a refund and left. We couldn’t believe what she just did. Definitely a health code violation. I won’t be returning to this little Caesar’s. They can shut it down for all I care."
"I understand being busy AF, like they were tonight, but burning my pizza and losing half the toppings is never acceptable to do to anyone! That was on top of being an hour late to even bake it after the estimated time I was given when placing my order online. The pizza even has a weird odor to it. Half undercooked and half burned. Blows my mind..."
