"Looking for live bait? Rae J's is the place, cashier is very nice and helpful. Since I've been at Joe Pool Lake this place is the go to place for minnows."

"They still have minnows and do a great job with them. The marina at Joe Pool no longer has minnows, so this is the closest place. You can get all your snacks and more right here, support them!"

"DELICIOUS FOOD! Wonderful people. You must try! Thursday's special is Ox tails, Fri special is fresh catfish. It is run by 3rd generation barbecue family. Great grandma Mrs Crown I think it's still the best barbecue cook around but she's 92 years old and doesn't keep her shop open all the time in Grand Prairie but she taught her kids how to cook that's for sure. They have a special everyday except for Monday and they're closed. And everyday other than the special they have all their barbecue chopped beef, brisket, sausage, chicken ect..ect.. they are small but you're really need to make the drop I drove all the way from Irving over there just because they're that good. Help small businesses out there really really good and very reasonable on their prices. They're baked potato filled the entire box. They also put your choice of meat on it but it was so much I didn't feel I needed meat on it."
