IHOP

"We arrived about 845p was seated within minutes.. there was a farm & machinery show or boat show in town. Every table was full of dishes. We sat about 15 min, I told a lady we were ready to order, said OK and would be back. Since we were seated in the back of restaurant. We were prob hard to see Finally we left @ 940p. This is the 1st time this has ever happened, I have been going there for many, many years As a rule they are prompt, efficient and courteous. I enjoy IHOP and I will be going back."

"It took a very long time before we were noticed in the waiting area, then another long time before we were attended to. The waiter was polite and efficient considering they were the only one working from what we could tell. The service and food were both relatively quick considering the initial wait. The food itself was mediocre at best. Despite all of us having different meals, none of us were particularly impressed. Cashing out with the app made our exit quick and easy but it ran about $70, including tip, for 3 people. Overall, it's not terrible, but I probably wouldn't recommend, especially because Steak and Shake isn't far, and there's a Denny's even closer."

"We had the friendliest waitress. She was through and got our food to us promptly with a smile. She checked on us the perfect number of times! The food was super delicious."

"Staff and food were good. Service good considering the crowd. There were ants coming from the window onto our table and crawling on my husband. I discretely brought to managers attention as not to cause a scene. They just said it was common and wiped off the table with a dirty rag only for them to continue to come back and crawl on him again. I contacted ihop directly and sent photos and video I took only to never hear back from them. Not only was it disgusting, they have lost my respect for them as a customer at any location anymore and as a chain as a whole. I can’t add the video only the photos. The black specs are the ants."

"The food was fine, the service was slow. The restaurant was dirty. Menus were sticky, there was food on the seat, and oh yea .. lots of ants. I first noticed an ant crawling in my coffee cup. It took us 10 minutes to find someone (our server was MIA) to bring me a new mug. The new mug was dirty and had obvious lipstick on it (see photos). 5 more minutes passed to get another replacement mug as I continued to flick more and more ants off the table. Ask yourself how well they clean that place of ants can survive and thrive? We wanted to walk out but knew the food was almost done and didn’t want to be wasteful. I’ll never go back."
