"It was the worst experience ever. Waited over 30 minutes for food when they weren't even busy. There were over 6 employees and people who got here after us got their food 1st. When asking the manager why it was taking so long, she couldn't give me any information she only spoke in Spanish and said it was coming. Unfortunately, this will discourage me from bringing the kids here again. Food was cold"
"Do not order the banana spilt here. They usually give it to you melted or with little scoops of ice cream."

"I have never had any problems picking up blizzards to go. Today I ordered 4 to go and I asked for lids to be placed on them just in case they leak. I received my order and if they would have flipped the blizzards the way they usually do would have fallen on the floor. They were super watery. They also had no lids like I asked for. I told the young lady that carried them out without a cupholder that I only had 2 cup holders. She stated we have no cupholders and left. At least she should have brought me lids instead of just walking away. Please listen to your customers."
