"Boxes of boxes of atleast 500+ Hotdogs are kept in room temperature in a box in a unrefridgerated cabinet with doors wide open. None of the garnishes are changed daily or probably even weekly l. It takes until mold grows for them to be changed. I had one hotdog once and i wont lie I was impressed. The second time the guy working I thought was asleep so I go to wake him give him my order and he has a needle in his arm nooded out. I instantly go into the food processing area to help him and make sure he's alive and besides splotches of his blood on the floor and table the food conditions were what absolutely appalled me not the fact I almost found a dead body. So if that dont tell you something then I don't know what will... Needless to say I NEVER ATE THERE AGAIN and I NEVER EVER, EVER will again"
"2 thumbs down. If you want a good Chicago hotdog go elsewhere. Stale bun, waterlogged hotdog, unable to taste or see celery salt, half a not sure what type of pickle spear vs cucumber spear & large piece of onion instead of diced. Add slow service and 2 of the 4 tables being used by a guy power washing his car next to the tables & flooding the seating area. Good concept poor execution. This is from a chicagoan foodie."
