"Right up there with Cattleacks!!! From DFW area, born and raised on brisket (the good, the bad, and the dry) but the brisket at Low Point was definitely not a low point on my list. The brisket was perfectly moist, a perfect ratio of fat to meat, and a succulent flavor. We also had sausage, which was smoked to perfection with a nice crunch and juicy middle. The pulled pork was another nice blend of smoky aromatic flavor and juicy goodness. If the flavor pallet wasn’t enough to satisfy, the customer service and real Texas hospitality put this awesome stop a notch above the rest."

"Such a flavorful smoked brisket sandwich! I got a sliced brisket sandwich with a side of chips and a canned dr.pepper. Fair wait time. Excellent customer service! First time ordering, and the employees were patient with my questions Tap pay available! Outdoor seating; lovely atmosphere! I'm definitely looking forward to trying more on their menu! Edit - second review: went back for the same order and the taste did not disappoint. Consistent delicious taste."

"Visiting from Chicago and in the mood for some bbq (thank God I’m in Texas! lol). Whenever I travel, I like to eat local, so I did a little research and found this spot…and boy am I glad I did! It’s located behind an auto parts store; finding it felt like I was on a treasure hunt- lol. Once you turn in, you’re greeted by an inviting patio that I can’t wait to hang out in when I return in warmer weather. The owners are fantastic dudes who let me sample some of their food. Had the brisket and pulled pork. Let me tell you, these guys know what they’re doing. Smoke flavor was on point and the meat had the right amount of fat-to-meat ratio that made it decadent. Got the potato salad and it was a perfect compliment to the smoky meat. This is a small business and you can taste the love these guys put in their food. I highly recommend it and am telling all my family in Laredo that this is a must try. Stop in and support this local business….you won’t be disappointed!"

"Formerly Chanos, this place has a great patio setup and ambiance with awesome wall art. The barbecue is amazing, and one of the only in the area that uses old fashioned wood smoking rather than pellet or automatic smokers. The loaded baked potato was a star of the show and can easily serve as one meal."
