"Staff was not friendly, did not greet me, and made me wait to order for much longer than should have been, which is shocking for a coffee shop. Waited 33 minutes for ONE iced beverage. Saw multiple people that ordered at the counter after me get their hot and cold beverages and leave while I still waited another 10+ minutes. Inexcusable!"
"Thanksgiving day, only Drive through open, 4 employees inside. Ridiculous to be honest, I got down to ask to cancel my order (1 coffee by the way) and instead of apologizing or try to make the situation better, they just asked "under what name?" Closed the door on me and brought back a gift card for refund. Being a daily and constant customer this is worse than a slap in the face."
"At least 5 people working and everyone had to wait over 30 minutes for their drinks! Come one this is not a mom and pop shop. People started to ask for refunds due to the wait and staff didn't even seem to care. I will go back to Starbucks but not this location. Remember you are in the customer service business."
"It is always a 5 star rated pleasure at Starbucks. You get your money's worth. Good refreshing drinks, good service, and a nice atmosphere. The background music is a bonus. I love to sit down, gather my thoughts, sip one of the many drinks they offer, read, write, and / or do administrative work."
