"I drive from Lower Valley (Yarbrough & N Loop) to Big Bens because they have the coldest beer (i mean nice and cold) but today I was shorted. I got my regular 12 pack of 16 oz Budlights and when I got home and put the beers in the fridge 2 of the beers were empty, I called Big Bens and the person who answered the phone said she can call the owner. In reality what was that going to do to help, its a shame."
