"First off I ordered a double peanut butter bacon burger and they gave me a single. Second it took them an extra 15-20 mins after the pickup time to have my food ready. Employees should read the ENTIRE ticket before preparing the food. I'm not going to the resler location ever again."
"Terrible experience. Night crew needs some work on. Terrible service, teen ager that doesn't care. Order the no. 2 double cheese. Terrible, patty broken up, the entire thing sloppy, extremely oily tots tasted like old fryer oil. It was the worst."
"Unhappy. I enjoy Sonic now and then but not this time. The burgers were not hot which is probably good because they were dripping grease. The time between order and delivery was ridiculously long when there were only 3 cars here. The order delivered was not the order we placed. Very disappointed. The menu on the app was different than the menu by our window so we couldn't get exactly what we wanted. Cold food for 2 people for $31.00 included a double cheeseburger, a large onion ring, two half priced RT 44 ice teas, and 1 cheeseburger. Could have had a sit down meal at Chili's or Applebee's for about the same price."
"I ordered a Route 44 Slush, but received a regular drink, not a slush (although it was cold and tasty). The onion rings were burnt but still arrived hot. The cheese burger was perfect. The staff member was pleasant and helpful."
"Don't go here! This is the worst Sonic ever! The two times I've tried them they've ruined my order. First a burnt corn dog and over cooked fries, the 2nd time I ordered a queso burger, they gave me a cheese burger with lettuce and a tomato, then threw some hatch chillies on it. The kids meal was over cooked too. When you call the number on the receipt, to speak to a manager, no one answers, ever! If I could give less than 1 star I would. The drive through attendants spoke nice, but the cooks must not know the menu."
