"Was on hold for 30 minutes. On the first 15 minutes they answered mind you they didn’t even talk at all just went to put me straight on hold. Second 15 minutes they answered the phone again didn’t talk and just straight up hung up the phone! Horrible."

"Worst pharmacy in El Paso. Go anywhere else but here. They stopped taking Blue Cross-Blue Shield Texas on 1-1-24. Did not notify any patients. Refusing to transfer my Rx to another pharmacy."

"Pharmacist said I need an appointment for a vaccine when last week they told me I could walk in Monday Tuesday Wednesday 10-6pm. Then he said they were too busy to give me a vaccine bc they were still trying to fill orders from yesterday. He added that they didn’t have any vaccines in stock anyway but I could try again on Friday (today is Tuesday). Yesterday I called and they said they had the vaccine, is why I went to this #CVS 79932. This behavior is clear they just don’t want to give vaccines bc they don’t care. Don’t send text messages about vaccines if you can’t provide them. Thank you #CVS. #lazy"
