"We were just helped by Juan at the register. The line is really long and he is the only one on there but he was still upbeat and phenomenal. He welcomed us and asked how our day was. For being in a stressful environment, he is very positive and it’s unfortunate that the manager came up to him as he is wearing his AirPods and asked him to stop talking to the customers because there is a long line which is unfair for Juan because the manager can simply hop on a register and help him out instead of being on his AirPods and telling him to stop giving great customer service. Good Job Juan! We appreciate you and thank you for welcoming us! We need more people and workers like you!"
