"Pricing is much higher than it should be, Case in point: I tried to purchase two metal candlesticks: the merchant price tag of $7.00 still on item, they priced them at $9.95 each (keep in mind they were donated) They refused to reprice them and were going to charge me $9.95 each, I declined, purchased my other items and left, never to return again, really annoyed, they lost that sale and a customer."

"Prices on this savers' used goods are often higher than when they were new. Finding something good is already hard, but finding it at a thrifting price is even harder. Even worse, the prices on used clothes makes it seem like you shouldn't even bother. It is very rare to find half off items as seemingly everything is cleared from the shelves by employees before they reach half off. Especially compared to other savers I've been to, I don't recommend this one."

"I went to Savers on 1/21/24 with my husband to get a bunch of frames. We were having trouble scanning things and the manager comes up to us and says she has to rescan and change the prices of all that we have on the counter that we are taking because they don't have the right prices on them? She just went through our cart and just took over! I felt like she was accusing us of changing prices. The only reason I wanted the frames is that of the good pricing. What they are now pricing them as is how much I probably could get them new! This is a thrift store, second hand, and she's going to bully us like that? I will never ever step foot in that Savers on the westside on Mesa again, if we are going to be treated like that. We have been Savers customers for at least a decade and we arent allowed to buy stuff at the price it has on them? Unfortunately Candlelighters didn't get any money from us because of her. I went home without any frames. I wouldn't recommend this store it's getting too expensive anyway. I rather drive to the eastside Savers before I go back to the Mesa St. one. Terrible experience. So disappointing."

"This used to be a store that was accessible for people of all budgets to buy from - NOT ANYMORE. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! They are now charging prices that are comparable or HIGHER than if you were to buy them new. If you're looking to watch your budget, this is no longer the place to do so. On top of that, if you happen to find a good deal and you are checking out yourself, the employees will now question you and treat you as if you were personally stealing from them. If you want to be carefully watched and treated as a robber, this is the place!!! WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!!!!!"

"Hey Just some background info, I am a college student always looking for the best deals on clothing, hence why I’ve been an avid thrifter for years. I moved away for a bit and upon coming back I decided to visit this store only to find out I’m better off shopping new with their prices being so high. Which is incredibly disappointing considering it’s a store that sells USED CLOTHES. Times are tough on everyone and it’s so sad to see greed get to a store that is supposed to support low income shoppers who can’t really afford to get new clothes . Well, I will attach some pictures I took on my visit today, and let you be the judge of them. Stop supporting these big greedy shops who profit off the donations of kind citizens and yearn to make their pockets grow while ours shrink"
