"Worst customer service everrrr The African American girls that were working today 11/25/23 11 Am !!! alllll of them were rude about everything u asked for , champs sent me over for a price change on shoes they had in stock and when I mentioned the shoes I wanted and the size they automatically said they didn’t have the size and that they were not on the wall. I had to tell them they are on the wall. They are in the back they just did not want to do their job and we’re just talking amongst each other about customers being rude to the people who were trying to shop the language they were using is terrible and so unprofessional makes it awkward trying to shop"

"Out of all the stores in the Odessa Mall, Foot Locker has taken it upon themselves to always have the newest of the best brands. While they don't have the most shoes.. they always have the best shoes!!! In this case Quality certainly out classes Quantity. Love it!"
