"After all the negative reviews I was skeptical to come in. Got a Dos Equis on draft. Guy bartender was cleaning when I came in. He was extremely nice and quick and efficient and was excellent and the small talk in between. I hope this gives hope to everyone else coming through and a end to the 1 stars."

"Can't give a lower rating because its not available. Just stay away. I travel often thru LBB and have never had a positive experience. I rather have a snickers bar than going back. Customer service is not measurable and mind you, they expect a tip. No need for aggregation. I will be ok without that drink!"

"On 02/02/19, went in at 3:45 pm for a beer before my flight. Very unprofessional and I couldn’t find an email address or phone number to leave a complaint so resorted to leaving a google review-the bartender refused to serve a woman glasses of water from the tap. “You can buy a bottle or go to the food court for a cup, you don’t want mine, it’s not filtered.” Seriously? I waited until after that conversation to try and order a draft beer and was told “no”. After looking flabbergasted, she explained they were out of draft. “Sorry.”"

"Walked in to an empty bar... don't get me wrong, there were plenty of patrons but just no staff. So I opened my laptop and waited 10 minutes for the bartender to show. When she finally waddled in, she coughed into her hands and from across the bar asked me, "What can I get you?". Is a present bartender, clean hands, and a hello too much to ask?"

"I really hate giving negative reviews, but this place truly earned it. Only one staff member covering the bar and 25 - yes, you read that right, 25 tables. I felt bad for the guy, but I'm also not a fan of bussing tables of the patrons that came before me so that I can sit down. Not to mention the food was terrible and they utilize plastic utensils where the average entree price is $12.99 and up."
