"I enjoyed the store and environment. Especially the associate name Bethany was passionate about her work and she helped me with all the answers and my questions that I had. My gf is slim and I wanted her to give a surprise and Bethany helped me to check out wide variety of clothing patiently. She didn’t hurry the process thought the store was busy. Over all I will come back for sure!"

"Upon entering the store, as I was approaching the counter with my items, the Lululemon employee immediately stated that no returns would be allowed for items that totaled more than five hundred dollars. By this immediate statement, the employee’s assumption was that I was entering the store with a nefarious motive. I asked for further clarification as to if this policy was the limit per customer, per day, or one $500 transaction per store policy, I was informed this was a new store policy and did not receive a response to my question regarding the $500 return limit. I was confused and felt discriminated against by the aggression and tone from the employee."

"So glad this Lululemon has stayed here for now! It was supposed to be a Holiday pop up shop in the Galleria in Bee Cave. But,at least for now, they're still here! I love, love their leggings,yoga and tennis sports fashion. Yes,they're expensive and make sure you try on before buying! Their sizing is unique. You can't just think that if you're a size 2, that you're a 2 here. Their sizing is based more on true fashion sizing. So,for me I had to go up a size in everything there. Everything I've purchased has been so well made and really beautifully cut. The shorts are just perfect! The only issue I had was with a long sleeve,burn out style, cotton mix after yoga top. It had 2 holes after the very first wash on delicate cycle! I've read others online complaining about it too. Wish I would have known beforehand! So,quality control kind of failed in that, especially for the price. I've been really happy with everything else. To me, I would rather pay a little more for great leggings that look great,both during your workout or at the yoga studio,and afterwards when running errands,than to buy multiple cheaper ones that don't do much for you. I will continue being a customer here,and hope they'll be a permanent store at the Galleria."
