"Horrible experience as her driver!! I gave her advanced notice due to my new job I can nolonger provide my services! And all I got was being threatened, and harassing me cause I decided to go from her paying me under $200 a week and how can I support my own self not included gas , time, and the all the times my car had to go in the shop for maintenance! She never notified the parents and since I was the only 1 driver in the area but alteast gave the parents advance notice which they did appreciate me cause being a mother of 2 also trying to get my own kids to school! I was employed over 5 months and never gave me more business so I had to do other side gigs just to make ends met to support my kids and my family! She just very selfish and she still owes me this week! She said she will but am just waiting! I was leaving on good terms but she just got angry cause I didn’t do what she wanted me to do and continue to slave my new job Which now I can actually provide for my own family with 1 job only! And also I wasn’t aware til few the parents she sent them my actual driver license which tell the truth that’s actual lawsuit and she apparently don’t care cause she threatened me enough bout getting me fired from my job! She just became very unprofessional and very angry towards me cause I didn’t settle for less! And as I see her rating on google just horrible!!!. And I have enough poof of her harassments and unprofessional name calling me cause I didn’t continue another week with her! Friday on the 15 th she sent a message to this parent and the parent called me personally and freaking out at the last minute who’s gonna pick up her child! I said excuse me I never said I wasn’t going to pick your child! So sadly since she haven’t paid me for this week moving forward the parent paid me directly for that day of pickup! This lady just so mad cause every payment she’s been taking a percent of my weekly payments according to what the parents actually paying weekly services! Sad people times are just unprofessional and since I know her she only had 1 driver and then me and she Basically runs her business on her own!! Shes doing anything to cover her business"

"I had a bad experience! I paid to reserve a seat for my son and on his first ride she cancelled at midnight due to an unreliable driver. She promised to refund my reservation fee. I never received my refund!! I contacted Djauna several times and she assured my refund would be available but I still have yet to receive it. Poor communication and poor way of handling business. I would not recommend!"

"My wife has been using the transportation service and we love it. My daughter really enjoys ms. D. Everything is super easy to get a ride scheduled and they even do pick ups last minute. This service has truly helped."

"Parents please make sure when they pick up your children they ain’t riding in a hot car my kids got home very complaining, sweating the car didn’t have AC also it’s impossible how can they forget my kids at the school where they would always pick them up every day. They change the story saying the driver got confused went to another school when she has been going for them days already. Sorry but kids don’t lie. Just giving heads up to all parents."
