"went through the drive thru and person taking orders spent literally 15 minutes talking to the car, they hugged, cried. i can understand that, no problem. they finished guy took my order he was very nice very helpful. then there’s still like 4/5 cars in front and 4 people come out to console the lady in the car and give her stickers, gave her her drink, and she pulled up to the window and continued their conversation. 5 minutes later my drinks are brought out and i didn’t get a receipt"

"Selection of drinks is great. Staff is always energetic and friendly when it comes to taking your order and handing you your drink. However, the drive thru situation needs to be better. Long waits, 2 lanes merging and the staff not paying attention to who was there first, then people pull up in the next lane and get to go ahead of everyone who was already waiting there is ridiculous. I’ll save my valuable time and go to 7 Brew. This is NOT the first time this has happened to me."

"I wasn't convinced my first visit, but this place is growing on me now, especially now I get app alerts for one of their many special days for stickers or cheap drinks or whatever. I haven't tried many things yet, but I like their handmade sodas more than the teas. I much prefer parking and walking to the window, then sitting for a minute, but when I tried the drive through someone came out to speed up order taking from the line, which I think was nice. These people seem to enjoy working here."

"I LOVE Dutch Bros!! Especially this particular one because it's just around the corner from my home. I have been coming here at LEAST 4 times a week for a year now. I WISH I could give it a 5 star review but unfortunately the service quality has slowly but surely been deteriorating. I miss the old crew! They were faster and NEVER got my order wrong. I just waited 40 minutes for one coffee & a muffin top. Sad to say the coffee was not what I'd ordered. Each person ahead of me was at the window for at least 8 minutes. For the past 3 months or so there have been new faces almost weekly. Please consider retraining and vigorously training your new employees. I would love to continue supporting your business. Thank you!"

"Please do not think of this as a coffee place. It is so much more. teas, dutch sodas, and lots more. Look at the menu before you get in line, so many choices. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I know I say that at also many places but these employees take it to the next level. If you haven't been I don't know what you are waiting for. FYI you have to take it with you and there are very limited food choices. noe of that takes away from 5 stars."
