"I had originally given this place a 5 star rating but for being quick and accommodating but after being told that they filled all my fluids, I later try my washer fluid and it's bone dry. It wouldn't have been so bad if I hadn't specifically asked them before I left if they'd done it and they said yes because it read empty on the display before I had my oil change done."

"I've been getting my vehicles serviced here since at least 2004. The service now definitely isn't what it used to be. They used to have a signature service and washed your windows, vacuumed your carpets, checked all of your fluids and if needed topped them all off at no extra charge. I just visited 3 days ago on a Saturday morning and none of the previous things happened, in fact most of them were sitting in the tiny office relaxing. They changed my oil and oil filter nothing else, they didn't suggest any services, they didn't check my air filter out any fluids, didn't wash a window or vacuum the carpet, they didn't even put down a paper or seat cover to make sure they didn't dirty your vehicle and still cost $90. Not sure I want to continue when I can get the same service for half the cost."

"Consistent and Fantastic Service I've been comming here for several years and the staff here has never failed to be fast and exceptionally courteous. I drove in last week for my yearly state inspection and received a very unexpected and very welcomed bonus. The tech advised me I was "blessed this day", which I really appreciated, and wished them the same. Than you sincerely for all you do and for being my fav go to for my car."

"I was very disappointed with my visit this past week for an oil change. I have visited this location several times, but this was not a positive visit. The technician at ground level checking the oil dipstick/under hood area argued with the technician below the car about which replacement filter to use, so loudly that I got up from the waiting area to watch. What was extremely frustrating was that the technician at ground level said something to the effect of letting the technician below the car do it wrong to figure it out. I found this to be completely unprofessional in several ways. 1) It is me and my vehicle that would suffer should an incorrect part be used. 2) Employees should act in a professional manner, not arguing loud enough that a customer can hear it through closed doors in the waiting area. 3) A manager did not step in to settle this unprofessional bickering argument. In addition, the technician at ground level chose to sit on the front of my car, chilling, several times. This is very unprofessional and I don't appreciate my car being used as a chair. One more issue was that once in my car, my foot slipped on the brake pedal. Upon inspection there was some sort of residue left from the shop. I checked my shoes, which had no residue whatsoever on them, meaning that the residue came from the technician that drove my car in or out of the building. Lastly, while the bickering and sitting on my car took place, other employees were tossing around a football to the rear of the building. I will say that the technician that greeted me and checked me out was very polite and this was certainly the most positive aspect of the visit."

"I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube since 2015. The staff is amazing. Always courteous and informative. They’re fast, efficient and caring. I never have to wait long, they do a great job. I especially like the manager Mike… he’s such a nice gentleman. Always looks to offer a discount. Thank you Mike. You’re Great!!"
