"Will was awesome!! Very helpful and knowledgeable about parts and how to trouble shoot. I was having issues with my starter and brought my battery in to be tested after replacing my starter and not being able to start my car instead of just trying to sell me something I didn't need since my battery came back okay he helped me try to figure out what it may be. He really took the time out to explain things. Something you don't see often anymore. He takes pride in his job! Thanks Will!"

"Today I come to this Advance Auto Part , the person who help me was Mr.Doug Same scenario as 115 S Belt Line Rd, Irving, TX 75060 store( what scenario plz go to address review my comments). I’m able to used my 10$ coupon with no questions, I’m able to change tool witch they don’t have any in store, he changed same one for me as different brand. Make me really happy. Mr.Doug is really nice person. Thank you again will be back to this location again even I living at Irving."
