"Usually it's good at 5 star Ford. However, I called 3 hours before I got there to check and see if my part was available, they said yes. When I got there, I waited for almost 45 minutes while they looked for it and they never found it. When I called it apparently was found scanned and put in will call. I feel like they should get someone in there to make their will call process go a little more streamlined and better...."

"Service is decent and they are pretty well staffed. Location is large and clean. Plenty of parking out front. Very hard to find if you are not looking for a non-descript building off of Diplomat Dr. The guys on the phone are not the most pleasant and act like they are not happy to be helping you. They always have plenty of and are near my shop so that is the main reason I use them."
