"It's a okay store . No offense to people who have kids . They should update there stores hours . U lose money when u open late . I won't compare to Dallas or Chicago that there store are open at 8 am . It would be nice to look into it. And prices are expensive. And looking for uniforms they should reorder sizes people are looking for ."

"Store Manager is unhelpful and rude as well as the clerk working there. They did enjoy several games of Uno while working. Meanwhile, the bathrooms are disgusting, the changing room is a mess and the overall store is unkempt, disorganized and unclean. I let the Store Manager know about the restroom and her response was, “ok”. She then continued her game of Uno."
"I usually shop online because I don’t like to take the drive to cielo vista. I try my best to avoid this store even though it’s the closest. I received my online order and had to exchange a pair of shorts so I go in and the girl that helped me had zero customer service skills. She looked as if she hated being there. I asked if the dressings rooms where open and she looks at me and rudely said “it’s right there” as if I was blind and dumb. A lot of stores closed fitting rooms during COVID that’s why I asked. When it came time to pay the same girl charged me because the other two lady’s where busy. I honestly rushed out of there. I go if I’m in a hurry and the store is always dirty. Clothes everywhere, empty racks, it just really stuffy and the staff doesn’t help one bit. I’ve had 1 girl who was very nice and polite but this was a while back. Other than that everyone else is lacking mayor customer service skills no wonder the store is usually empty. I would suggest upper management to train their staff properly specially for working in a store for kids."
"I was greeted by a girl named Tiffany at this location. She has the worst customer service. I went in there to EXCHANGE a pair of pant for my son. I own a credit card from this store. She made me look for my receipt and said she couldn’t do the exchange for me without it. At the end all she did was refunded me the money she didn’t even complete my exchange not even a thank you. She turned and walked away to speak to the other two girls working with her. Tiffany should not be working there with her attitude and the way she treats people. Very unprofessional!"
