"This place is NOT the place to be!! Customer service is poor and have a major attitude and tried to fight us!! Then the security tried to tell us they don't know who to contact for a refund. They claim the hookah section is a 3rd party contractor and they can't resolve the issue. This business is FRAUD!! Beware!!"

"Do yourself a favor & go anywhere but here. Came in early & sat at a table. Later on the waitress came up & said someone “bought the table” we were sitting at & that we had to move. So, asked the waitress how much it was to buy a table. She said the cheapest bottle was $60. So, we agreed to pay $60 for a bottle & a table. When we received our bar tab it was $340! When I asked why it was so much, I was told it was for “Bottle service”. I agreed to $60 not $340. I asked her to take it back & The waitress said she would talk to her Manager about the charges. When she returned she said since it was already opened, there was “Nothing they could do”. We were NOT once told it would be that much! They scammed us out of $340 which should be illegal. Stay away from these thieves!!!"

"The good: - Good bartenders - Pretty lights on the walls for photos - Small building and outdoor area keeps you close and makes being social easy - Hookahs available The bad: - Nearly every single seat and table is reserved?? I believe there was one single little wooden bench outside that was not reserved. - All the tables and couches are reserved and I’m not sure if that comes with bottle service, but every table was getting bottles and the ladies would come out with the sparklers and fill the whole little building up with smoke. - GPS takes you to the front door/small parking lot which is valet only. Then you have to go around to the shopping center behind it, which is confusing and seems much less safe."
