"Been there a few times and each time I have to wait at least 5 minutes to be waited on, even when the bar was not busy. When I do finally get served have to wait another 5 minutes for change. If I order 1 beer and pay with a 5 I don't get any change, as they automatically keep it. Worst customer service experience ever. You would think if they see a new face they would try to impress but the bartenders seem to think they can do whatever they want!"
