"Terrible experience. They were understaffed for this VIP event. We were supposed to get pizza , and a few didn't even get one slice. The pizza was subpar at best. It took at least an hour to get our drinks. The back bar by us in Ranger Republic wasn't even open for this event on a Saturday. Very poorly managed and thought through. The D.J. was fantastic! The churro and pineapple ice cream was amazing! But, these are a few things that might need to be addressed before the next VIP event. We were very let down."
"We attended a white elephant family event here. I previously overviewed the menu prior to arriving, so I was well aware the menu was basic. And nothing truly looked appealing, but I figured I'd have a few drinks throughout the night. Unfortunately, they did not serve frozen margaritas, so I drank a glass of water all night. The menus for both restaurants do not serve the same items but are in conjunction with each other. We asked if we could order a pizza, and our waiter told us they only serve pizza upstairs. Bummer, so my lady ordered some grilled chicken wings with sauce on the side. All for them to be fried, bland, and overcooked. Thank God for the DJ, otherwise, this would have been a complete bust."

"Been coming here for years and it’s my favorite place in Texas Live and it’s always been great. This experience was different due to the bartender (blue rangers shirt) who was extremely rude and didn’t ask us our order for over 45 minutes until another waitress helped us out. The other waitress offered to help get us drinks even though it wasn’t her job because the bartender only wanted to help people she knew."
