"The managers don’t really do anything at all but talk about all the customers and Employees. The food is mostly old unless one of the younger girls are working. The fountain drink area is always dirty the only time it is not dirty is when one of the younger girls are working again. She is most likely the only one that cleans the most. The manager can be standing right by the register knowing a customer is there but she still makes the other employee that’s mopping or stocking come get the customers and the manager would just be standing there doing nothing but on her phone or talking. The only time the managers will get the customers right away is if hector is in the store. I am a regular customer here and I have seen a lot! And how the managers treat their employees and CUSTOMERS. They’re very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend going at all. I have seen Christina the manager drop food on the floor and still throw it in the fryer and serve to customers neither one of the managers wear gloves. People are always quitting I wonder why?"
