"Service seems to have gone down. I originally picked this pharmacy because I hate the long wait at Walmart. Didn’t mind to pay more because the service was great. These last two times one of ladies there has been so rude. I dropped off a prescription for my son & they told me they had to order it they didn’t have all of it. Ok, no problem. Went to pick it up. Then I asked when they thought the rest of it would be ready they weren’t sure but to call. So I did. I called ahead of time & asked if it was ready for pick up was told yes. Made the drive out there. When I arrived I was told it wasn’t ready. Told the lady I called ahead of time & was informed it was. Pharmacist came to the window & apologized for the miscommunication & said it wasn’t available. Then the lady there asks me very rudely “ so do you still want them? You don’t have to get then here ya know” I answered I have no choice ma’am it’s medicine my son needs”. Now I need my prescriptions due to an ER visit. Went to get them filled. My husband dropped them off & he left to run errands. When he goes back the lady tells him rudely “ we just got them so you’re going to have to wait” he tells her he dropped then off 40 mins ago & she said “well there not ready & you’ll have to come back” I’m not sure if she’s going through personal issues but there is no need to be rude to your customers like this. After this is filled I’m changing pharmacies. Thank you."
