"My experience at this location was excellent. We were helped by Michael who was awesome at finding my fiance everything he needed for his wedding suit. He even had his pants measured and sent to the tailors the same day and had them ready to go in 10 minutes. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend going to this location and not the location at the Lakeline mall. We went there first and were completely ignored by all of the staff even after they finished with their customers before us. They made it a point not to greet us or ask if we needed any assistance and helped several other customers who walked in after we did. We waited at least 15 minutes after there were associates available before we left after trying to help ourselves. Very rude and disappointing customer service at the Lakeline Mall Location in Cedar Park. Excellent customer service at the Round Rock location!!!!! Thanks again to Michael for helping us find a great suit and a great deal."

"My husband and I went to get a suit for an important interview. Everything was going well at first, however there was an employee, who is a man in his 50's who made us feel uncomfortable. He was pressuring us and made us feel like we didn't have the money to buy a suit. We even went to the discount area looking for a pair of pants and he aggressively told us "you won't find a pair of pants here to match the blazer". Maybe not all the staff is like him, because even the black-skinned guy and the guy in his 36’s made us feel comfortable, but that guy definitely made us feel uncomfortable. In the end we ended up buying a shirt, some pants and a blazer, but we definitely WON'T GO BACK THERE. Please train your staff, and make them see that how you look does not define who you are or how much money you have."

"I had great service here from Cesar. Within 5 minutes of walking in, he was helping me pick a suit for me to wear in my wedding. He was patient, informative, and friendly. Got a great deal on a Calvin Klein suit and accessories thanks to his help. Cesar provided that old-school style of customer service that you don't get too often anymore. I'll be going back there for more and recommend it!"

"This was the worst experience that I have ever had, they make it seem that they are helpfull but in reality they are nothing but incompetent. I literally told the lady the wedding date 3 times, yet she still manage to mess that up and I actually called and they said that my suit would be there on time I go to pick up my suit and they still managed to get the pick up date wrong. Thank God for Macy's and Dillards that I didn't miss my best friends wedding. Then they still had the audacity to get upset when I asked for my refund and they still sent me an email to return the suit, when there ended up being no rental."

"Great service but I would like more of the salesman imput on picking out a suit. I went to pick up my suit it was lent all over it. They tolds me it’s because the tailor is working hard and she has a lot of suits. That’s like telling me my burger is burnt because the grill man at Burger King has to make a lot of burgers. I paid $500 for my suit I don’t want lent all over it."
