"My husband has bought several suits from this location. He has been very happy with the customer service and attention go detail."
"My son had went in previously to do measurements for a suit for Prom, the guy told him to come back when Prom is closer to get final measurements. We went on like a Thursday or Friday, he tried everything on and had mentioned the jacket was a little tight but was told that was how it was supposed to fit. They did need to alter the pants and we got them back last night. My son tried everything on again and said he just couldn’t deal with the jacket that it was still too uncomfortable. I called Euro Connection to let them know we just wanted to exchange the jacket for a bigger size and the guy said we couldn’t do that, we would have to exchange the whole suit, meaning we would then have to get pants altered again and his Prom is Saturday!!! So we spent over $200 at this place and they can’t even exchange a dang jacket for a bigger one! I can understand no refunds so kids don’t wear them to Prom and bring them back, but this is ridiculous! Horrible customer service! The guy I originally dealt with was off. Makes no sense to exchange the whole suit out then the pants that we had altered will not be right for the next client. This was at the Parks Mall. I will not recommend this place to anyone!!!!"
