"I would rate this restaurant as a roadside sweet meat seller type restaurant similar to on streets of kerala while others down in our Gods own country are far better this is like just ok.ok . many of us miss the kerala food so we try to find here and we have to do with this type of food.. I wouldn’t even recommend this restaurant if someone is looking for a coastal cuisine.. I spent more than $75 here to try to find all his offerings but they were below par .. including the fish , chicken and beef dishes .. the Appam also was off the charts .. not so good ; they need to make drastic changes to the food quality and taste if they have to get repeat customers.."
"I wish I could give them 0 stars. The price is through the roof, not reasonable for the quantity they give you. And the taste of the food went down dramatically compared to before. Now it tastes like the food you get from a trash can. The owner should close down his restuarant if he has any dignity whatsoever."
"Highly recommend their Chili Gopi!!! Especially with the homemade raita and citrus chutney. Samosas were good, but re-warming them would have been nicer. Portions for entrees are very large and piping hot. It will be nicer when the weather cools down, though: hot air was blowing in when door opened and their AC / fan was not up to the task!"
"Do not miss - Mean / Fish curry and Kappa , parotta , medu vada , idli , chutney . One of the best taste of authentic kerala dishes and fresh . Also pocket friendly on an average. Do try their coffee . Made my Pregnancy craving so much better"
"Thought of sharing my experience with Bay Leaf Garden - Carrollton so that you can decide whether to go there or not.For the first time; I took a carryout of chicken 65 and chicken biriyani from them today and it was the worst experience we ever had in our life.. The biriyani was cold and on top of that was having very odd rotten smell ( which you get from old stale food). We couldn't even taste it since we could not even bring it near our mouth due to the stinking smell...Chicken 65 peices were hard to chew and we couldn't eat that too. I hope this doesn't affect my wife's health since she is pregnant. Wonder what quality checks happen in these restaurants. On top of this, I called the restaurant and the person was very arrogant and rude to even admit this."
