"I would have liked to place an order. This was my second attempt overall. We called a week ago to place an allergy friendly order and we were told that due to the allergens we would need to place the order in advance. Fair. I called yesterday to do so, person took down what I wanted and stated he would contact ownership to confirm and then get back to me for an order I placed for the next day. No one called me. I called back this morning as I was unsure whether or not I would be picking up anything and apparently the same person which at first acted like he was unaware of the conversation I was referencing eventually confirmed that he took down the information and said no order was in the system. I had stated that I would have appreciated a call back he then proceeded to state that I called a little late in the day (which was around 2 pm) and that the owner did confirm they can do the allergy friendly donuts but he would have had to go get the ingredients. I understand allergy friendly items are difficult and if he would have just confirmed that yes he received the order, the ownership confirmed the allergy friendly ingredients, they just couldn’t fulfill for the next day and that he was sorry he didn’t call without the you called late in the day comment I would have left it be. People make mistakes and forget things but making excuses and offloading accountability is not ok. Don’t offer an item or service if it’s just too complicated for you to fulfill."

"GLUTEN FREE DONUTS!!! Absolutely delicious. The GF donuts are typically ready by 7:30 on weekends. If you want during the week, i believe they need to be ordered ahead of time! But seriously, soooo glad someone around here finally has GF donuts!"

"Unlike a lot of Texans I don't think Blue Bell ice cream is good. It's provably made with lower quality ingredients. Also the kolachkis are too big and when I went in - there were too many made just sitting there and they looked old and dry. And if we're talking about donuts, I rather have Dunkin donuts. I think I was spoiled when I frequented Frisco and went to Chan's Donuts. The quality of the donuts and The Kolachkis are unmatched. The only thing I really appreciate from this place is that they have Honest Kids juice boxes. Also the customer service is not very friendly. I think someone should visit Chan's donuts and copy their formula and maybe see who their vendor is. This place would sell out everyday. It's just not there yet."
