"I genuinely cannot begin to express how useless this O'Reilly is. They need to rehire the crew and, get a manager with better expectations because this crew isn't it. You go further down the road the other store location and, it is packed. This one however is full of utter fools who have unnecessary conversation in front of customers. I do not care what is said personally but, nothing shows me you're gonna be unhelpful more than lack of awareness to your surroundings for said conversation."

I wanted to do some basic maintenance to my car and Lilo and Emily helped me on the floor find everything I needed, when it came down to check out, I needed a few more things for a brake change and Christi helped me tremendously!! I recommend 100% … best O’Reillys I’ve been to yet, always treated me well."
