Ridiculous that everytime I call in to talk to a tire center employee, the call gets routed to India, where NO ONE there can answer your questions! I recommend you go to Discount Tire. Discount will match Sam's prices & you get 1000% better service there!!"
"Really wish I got the young ladies name because she was amazing!!! She was so nice and helpful. She took the time to explain to me what was happening and even tho she couldn’t fix the problem herself and I had to go buy some lug nuts, she made sure I knew exactly what to get and told me the prices and everything. There department should be more prepared with necessary spare parts but that’s not the employees fault. Great customer service all around."
"I came for help to get a new tire as the tow truck brought me here and they saw that my car was towed. They didn’t have the type of tire needed but when I ask to help me get the spare tire on they denied service. Some bolts are extremely hard to remove. How unfriendly they are on a time of need and off course I was going to pay for their service. It’s ironic I had to call people to help me out to do this at the front of their shop. Bad bad bad service. Hope this doesn’t happen to any of them."
