"I came here for the first time today and used the drive thru, which was super convenient as I was headed straight to school after. They were so kind! The donuts were delicious and it was such a pleasant experience. We will definitely be back. Don’t sleep on this donut spot!"

"Bought a dozen kolaches this morning. Service was just fine as the person who helped me was quick and friendly. My problem is the food and how the quality has gone down,yet the prices have gone up. Younger people may not remember the kolaches here used to be decent size. Now the price has gone up, and they've shrunk the size of the kolaches they give you. When I say shrunk...well you look at the photo I provided and be the judge yourself.If you're fine with a mustard packet sized kolache then by all means enjoy your diet and getting ripped off in the process. Almost $30 for a dozen kolaches O_o . I see people lying on their reviews here mentioning "Jumbo Kolaches" Look at my picture and tell me if im lying or they are. Never going to another Shipleys again, and I would suggest nobody else either if you want to save money and not be disappointed."

"The style of donuts is very similar to how they are baked in Puerto Rico. Excellent donuts! I didn't rate "atmosphere" because this isn't a dine-in place. At least, I haven't experienced that."

"I ordered a dozen donuts and I let the person in the front know that I was ordering a dozen donuts so they can put it in a box but she looked at me very mean and had a rude attitude and put two donuts per bag and gave me a bunch of bags she was an older woman may be like in late 50s I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but it wasn’t in Great Customer service I just went home and went about my day, when I got home, all the donuts were all sticky because they were together smooshed in individual bags I will be finding another donut place. Bad customer service."

"I wanted a chocolate glazed twist, but they only have chocolate covered. I didn't notice until I got in the car because they put it in the box in the back. I came back in and told them about the mistake and asked for a cinnamon twist instead, and they charged me for another twist instead of changing it out. I also couldn't get chocolate glazed because I came when they opened, and they wouldn't be ready until 6:00."
