"This was my first experience with Car Toys Lewisville. I came on a recommendation from my Subaru salesman. They did a great job on my window tint, I wanted the front windows to be close but a little bit lighter than the factory percentage in the rear and they nailed it. The manager also walked me through my speaker options. I felt that was treated with courtesy and respect. I will be back for my speaker upgrade. I recommend calling the location for appointments. "Quick, easy service. Picked up a dual 10 ported box for only $110. Woke up my compR’s. Guy at the counter even gave me heat shrink connectors so i could wire them up(no charge). Was in and out in less than 5 minutes and box is 8/10 quality 11/10 for the price it was. Definitely recommend this place for all levels of audio heads. Everything in there is very well priced, and probably cheaper than anything you can find online. They have a large selection with almost every brand you can think of, and i almost broke down and bought a few 6x9’s just because of the price cut on them. 10/10 experience here."

"The sales person I dealt with was a nice guy, but very pushy with up-sales. He seemed to be disappointed if I didn't go along with his upgrade. He should understand, while suggesting upgrades is appreciated, ultimately it is MY MONEY. Also, I was going to get my tinted windows redone. The tint installer said he would do my back windows for $200 and waive the stripping of my old tint (a $100 Value). He also said he would do the entire truck for $300. When we went over the items at the register, I asked why I was being charged $300 for the back windows only. My sales person said, "It's because he has to strip the old tint off". I didn't argue with him, but he know darn well the tint installer said he would "waive" the stripping fee. Lastly, I was being charged $1,900 dollars to put in a new head unit, with face kit and wiring of an under seat amp I SUPPLIED! Through Best Buy not only did I upgrade my head unit, to the same one CT was selling me at a much cheaper price, I had my whole truck completed with the same necessary kits and wires for $780. That is $1000 dollars cheaper (less the $300 tint and $349 extended warranty I was offered by you guys). And on top of that since I am a geek squad member, my entire system is covered for 2 years FREE! Car Toys has done quality work for me in the past, but this current experience was not very favorable to me. I am not sure if I would visit Car Toys again."

"I had never had a car’s window tinted before. I went in to hear my options, all of my questions were answered, and within a few hours the job was done. The windows appear to have cured nicely. The interior is so much cooler now, and it looks great. Great experience; I would go back for other services."

"I’ve had 4 of my vehicles tinted with this Car Toys and have always been pleased with their work. I want to thank everyone here for their hard work but I also want to really thank Rudy for his service. He went above and beyond. Thanks guys! Updated on June 8, 2023: I went back to get two of my cars looked at since the bubbles in the tint didn’t go away and it looked like lint got caught under the tint. They re-tinted my car (Tesla M3) and I was going to plan to bring my other car (Tesla MY) another day since there were air bubbles in the passenger window. I waited a couple days to let the air bubbles go way before I dropped my Tesla MY but the air bubbles and debris were still present in the Tesla M3. There were also scratches left on the trim around the windows. I brought my Tesla M3 back to have the tint re-done and notified them about the scratches. The tint was re-done and they said a claim was submitted regarding the scratches. I’m not sure I want to bring my other car to get the tint fixed since my Tesla M3 still hasn’t had the tint applied properly. I have yet to hear anything back about the claim. It’s been frustrating having to drop my car off all day and to realize it hasn’t been done right after the third time. I’m wasting a lot of time from work having to go back and forth to not have it done properly. I do not recommend getting your Tesla tinted here."
